How to Order
The best way to play an order is to contact us first. Simply use the chat function on the bottom right corner of our website or email us directly at persobyj@gmail.com. Please send us your custom project with details such as quantity needed, how fast you need the items made, design if you have one or if you need design services. Once we pan out the basics we will direct you to the correct link to place a deposit or send you an invoice.
Shipping Time
Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout. We typically ship using USPS First Class but can accommodate other carriers if requested. All shipping details are confirmed during the design and production process. A tracking number will always be provided once your order ships.
Return & Refund Policy
Since our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to love your order! If there’s an issue, we’re happy to help.

Incorrect Engraving: This is the only instance where we will fully refund or replace an order. If we made a mistake on the engraving (different from what you submitted), we will replace your item free of charge.
Shipping & Processing Time
Processing Time: Most orders are engraved and shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase, but this time frame may vary due to quantity, availability, schedule, and other factors. To know for certain if your project can be completed by us on time, email us directly at persobyj@gmail.com.
Payment
Payment for your order is typically done in 2 parts. Once we have the details of your design we will send you an invoice for a deposit which is half of the final cost plus shipping (if applicable). Once your deposit is cleared we will move into production. The second half of the invoice must be paid before your items ship out.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
1. Email [your email] with your order number and photos of the issue.
2. We’ll review your request and respond within 48 hours.
3. If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
